Dufton Show features competition in sheep, cattle, horticulture, produce, handicrafts and humans with Morgan Donnelly's marvellous Dufton Pike Fell Race (5miles and 1500ft).

Lizzie said she loved the race and pushed hard at the start as she was unsure if she would be able to cope with the descent ahead. However @Daleside_ talked to the men behind and ahead of Lizzie.....the consensus was that Lizzie has nothing to worry about her descents -"she was amazing" @Daleside_ heard one top ten runner say.
Lizzie regularly beats her boyfriend!
Lizzie, who will represent Great Britain in the World Mountain Running Championships in Albania on 11 September, regularly beats her boyfriend Tom Edwards, today knocking him in to 11th place 2:20 behind her.

Record Breaker
If reducing the field to tears wasn't enough, Lizzie also knocked two minutes off the ladies' record set by Natalie White in 2008.
