First the beast of Grisedale Pike 791m (2593ft) then a jump down to Coledale Hause, up the crags of Crag Hill 839m (2753ft), a skip along the ridge to Sail 773m (2536ft) and then a run for the line about 3 miles down a rough mine track with a final jump over Barrow.
